How To Order

Orders can be placed direct from Phares Electronics by calling us Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm EST at 727-444-0406.  If you have a preferred distributor, please have them contact us.  We work with many distributors every day.  Many of our products are available on Amazon.com

When you contact us, you will reach someone from our company to talk to – individuals who are very knowledgeable regarding all of our products. You will receive help choosing the correct product for your application, as well as excellent technical support, since we design, develop and build all of our products.

If the phone lines are busy, please leave a message. We will return your call and be happy to personally assist you!

Orders may also be placed via email or fax.  We will reply to your email message!  Orders placed by 2pm EST for in stock items are generally shipped the same day. When ordering please specify the part number, quantity, payment option, purchase order or reference number, and any special instructions such as shipping preferences. At the time of order, we will confirm the availability and price of each item. At your request, we can provide you with the carrier’s tracking number so that you can follow the shipment’s delivery.

All orders are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Phares Electronics, LLC. Any special terms and conditions must be agreed to by Phares Electronics, LLC at the time the order is placed. Phares Electronics, LLC does not agree to terms and conditions that are set forth after the order is placed.

Payment Options
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, prepayment or C.O.D. Please note that we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order. Net30 credit terms are also available to qualified companies.

Shipping Options
Items are shipped F.O.B. Saint Petersburg, Florida, USA, via UPS Ground and are covered by standard carrier insurance. Other shipping options include 2-Day UPS Blue, Overnight UPS Red, Federal Express, and DHL. Shipping costs are determined and added into the final price. Customers can have shipping costs charged to their own carrier accounts if requested at time of order placement. Any import fees, taxes or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Back-ordered Items
We try to keep a reasonable stock of all our products available for immediate shipment. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be back-ordered and shipped when available. The customer has the choice of having those items which are currently available shipped, or holding the entire order until it can be shipped complete.

Order Cancellation
Orders for standard products, which were in stock and at the quantity requested at the time the order was placed, can be cancelled prior to shipment without incurring any re-stocking charge or other fee. However, any customers who have received quantity discounts may be back charged at the appropriate discount level.

Orders for custom manufactured products and services may be cancelled prior to completion. However, the customer may be charged a cancellation fee as well as all related engineering, material and incidental costs which have been incurred.

Sales Tax
For orders shipped within Florida, customers must pay sales tax unless there is a valid Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax (Form DR-13A) on file with Phares Electronics, LLC before the sale. The necessary tax will be calculated and automatically added into the final price. Customers outside Florida are responsible for paying any sales tax your state requires.
